Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the rules below.

Timeframes

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order.

  • Please report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Return conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, in their original factory packaging with all seals and labels intact.

  • For sports nutrition/supplements and any food products, returns are accepted only if the packaging is unopened for hygiene reasons.

  • Not eligible for return: opened/used products, personalized items, gift cards, digital goods, and items marked Final Sale.

How to request

  1. Email support@gymtrainer.shop with the subject “Return”, including your order number, item(s), and reason.

  2. We’ll send instructions and the warehouse address.

  3. Ship the item(s) within 7 days after approval. Tracked shipping is recommended.

Shipping & costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of our defect/error.

  • The sender bears the risk of loss during return transit until we physically receive the parcel.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the goods, we’ll refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Bank/payment processor fees and the original shipping cost (if any) are non-refundable, except where the issue is our defect/error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed via a refund and placing a new order.

If mandatory local laws set different rules, the law prevails.
