Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the rules below.
Timeframes

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order.

Please report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Return conditions

Items must be new, unused, in their original factory packaging with all seals and labels intact.

For sports nutrition/supplements and any food products, returns are accepted only if the packaging is unopened for hygiene reasons.

Not eligible for return: opened/used products, personalized items, gift cards, digital goods, and items marked Final Sale.
How to request

Email support@gymtrainer.shop with the subject “Return”, including your order number, item(s), and reason.

We’ll send instructions and the warehouse address.

Ship the item(s) within 7 days after approval. Tracked shipping is recommended.
Shipping & costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of our defect/error.

The sender bears the risk of loss during return transit until we physically receive the parcel.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we’ll refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Bank/payment processor fees and the original shipping cost (if any) are non-refundable, except where the issue is our defect/error.
Exchanges
-
Exchanges are processed via a refund and placing a new order.
If mandatory local laws set different rules, the law prevails.
